Google is calling for link spam reports
Seems that Google is working a new integration on its algorithms and tools that would deals on linkspam .
Google search engineer Matt Cutts is asking his blog fans to report all web sites that appear to be using spammy links.
What is Spammy Links?
- Links intended to manipulate PageRank
- Links to web spammers or bad neighborhoods on the web
- Excessive reciprocal links or excessive link exchanging (“Link to me and I’ll link to you.”)
- Buying or selling links that pass PageRank

So if you found a site that practicing this traditional way of blackhat SEO, here’s a way how to take them down.
Go to https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/spamreport or http://goo.gl/linkspam login using your Google account, report the said site by including the word “linkspam” (all one word, all lower-case) in the textarea (the last field in the form).
