Steps How to backup your site on GoDaddy.
How to backup Database on GoDaddy- Login to “GoDaddy”
- Go to “My Account”
- Then click “Hosting” at the left hand column
- Look for site you want to backup (if you have other sites hosting on GoDaddy)
- Click “Launch” (green button, clicking this button will open a new tab)
- Look for “Databases” tab (green tab at the top)
- Mouse over and click “MySQL”
- Look for yoursite.sql database and click the pencil icon far right (it says edit, when you click this it will lead you to MySQL Database Information)
- Then, Click Backup (the first icon at the top).
Then proceed to files backup.
