Paypal in cooperation of Facebook, launch a new contest under Facebook application called Paypal Wishlist.

Earn for $1 for your start, join to the Paypal Wishlist. You can make money online by referring other people who have a PayPal account to join on the PayPal Wishlist through your referral link.

Here’s the step to setup your referral link :

1. Login to Facebook Account
2. Go to http://apps.facebook.com/paypalwishlist/
3. Type your PayPal email address on Enter Email Address box
4. Create your Wishlist and share your PayPal Wishlist to friend.
5. Or copy the referral link (ex. my referral link is http://apps.facebook.com/paypalwishlist/?ppref=100000372525483&ref=mf) share it using your blog, email or other social media profiles.

Use built-in budget-making tools that can create your budget for you, Quicken or Microsoft Money.

9. Follow the three steps how to create a budget plan

• Monitor how you’re spending money now.
• Evaluate your financial analysis and set goals that take into account your long-term goals.
• Track your spending to make sure it stays within those guidelines.

10. Budgets is necessary

Its the only practical way to get a grip on your spending and will make you stay away from debt problems.
